Join Nicola Price, founder of Inspirational Breathing, and our team of qualified IB practitioners for an afternoon of breathwork discovery.
Together, we'll begin with an introduction to breathwork - exploring the power of the breath and what it can do for you. The rest of the afternoon is dedicated to 1-2-1 breathwork practice with our practitioners, giving you personal attention and space to explore at your own pace.
Discover your unique breathing pattern. We'll explore all the tools - conscious connected breath combined with movement, touch, toning, affirmations and visualisation.
You'll end the session guided into a deep receiving time as you integrate the experience.
